Messages may include maintenance updates, scheduling and access coordination, rent and lease reminders, and property announcements. Opting out of text messages does not affect your lease or any obligation under it — we will reach you by phone, email, or mail instead. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon. Tenant portal
Maintenance requests, payments, and lease documents are handled through the DoorLoop tenant portal, which is operated by a third party and governed by its own terms. You are responsible for keeping your portal login credentials secure.
Limitation of liability
This website is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stone Gate Properties LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or from delayed or undelivered text messages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from them will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Franklin County, Ohio.
