Text messaging
By providing your phone number through a lease, application, or the tenant portal, you consent to receive text messages from Stone Gate Properties LLC related to your tenancy, including maintenance updates, scheduling, and property announcements. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance.
Phone number information is never sold or shared with unrelated third parties. Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Sharing your information
We do not sell personal information. Data is shared only with vendors, contractors, and financial or legal partners as needed to operate the business — for example, a plumber who needs a phone number to schedule a repair, or an accountant handling our books. These parties may use the information only to perform work on our behalf.
Data retention
We keep tenant, applicant, and vendor records for as long as needed to manage the relationship and to satisfy legal and accounting requirements, then dispose of them securely.
Your choices
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by emailing us at the address below. Opting out of text messages does not end your lease or your obligations under it; we will contact you by phone, email, or mail instead.
